The MP4Mentors project was born out of a recognition of the pivotal role volunteering plays in youth development and social cohesion across Europe. Understanding the need to harness the potential of volunteering to empower young people and address societal challenges, our initiative was conceptualized to enhance the skills and competencies of volunteer mentors and coordinators.
However, across Europe, the skills and competences of volunteer mentors and coordinators are still a problem.
